Getting to Golden

Alpine Rafting operates in Golden, British Columbia, 30 minutes west of the Alberta/British Columbia Border. We are a short drive from Banff, Lake Louise, Invernmere, Radium, and Revelstoke!  Our office is conveniently located on the Trans Canada highway next to the Golden Rim Hotel. We have safe, ample parking to accommodate oversized vehicles. Below is a map of the Alpine Rafting office location in Golden, British Columbia

Calgary AB - 2.5-3 Hours
Lake Louise, AB - 1 Hour
Banff, AB - 1.5 Hours
Radium Hot Springs - 1.25 Hours
Revelstoke BC - 1.5 - 2 hours
Kamloops BC - 4 Hours

*Don't forget: Golden is on Mountain Standard Time, (same as Alberta)

Directions to the Alpine Rafting Office from the east (Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise):

As you enter Golden on the Trans Canada Highway, on the left hand side there is a large sign for the "Golden Rim Inn". When you see this large sign, take the first right off the Trans Canada Highway, and cross the overpass onto Goldenview Road. We are located on your right-hand side, in the cabin in between Moberly Mechanical and the Golden Rim Inn.

Directions to Alpine Rafting Office from the West (Vancouver, Kamloops, Revelstoke):

As you enter Golden on the Trans Canada Highway, continue through two sets of lights on the Highway. Continue past the turnoff into the town of Golden and stay on the highway. Continue up the hill for one kilometre. Just before cresting the hill, take a right onto Golden view Rd. We are located in a cabin between the Golden Rim Inn and Moberly Mechanical.
