Booking Procedure

-Check Availability for the desired trip/package you would like to book
-Book Online or Phone our office to reserve your space
-We take a 50% Deposit at the time of booking

1-7 People- Balance of trip (50%) is due the day you arrive.
8 + People- Balance of trip (50%) is due two weeks prior to arrival. Our office will phone group organizer two weeks prior to arrange payment. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We attempt to be reasonable in accommodating your situation. As a rule, the following applies:

1-7 People- 48 Hours notice for full refund.. Within 48 hours: no refund can be given.
8 + People- 14  Days notice for full refund of deposit. Within 14 day period, no refund of deposit can be given.
Private Groups – Arranged on a per-group basis. Please enquire.

We raft rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to the weather-however we do provide excellent gear to keep you comfy which includes:

-Gore Tex Splash Jacket
-Extra thick neoprene boots
-Canadian made wetsuits
-Neoprene Gloves
-Whitewater Lifejacket
-Helmet
